We understand life happens! Just a friendly reminder of our
Missed Appointment / Late Arrival Policy, designed
to deliver a POLISHED® experience to you and all guests!

There is a $10 fee for MISSED APPOINTMENTS, cancellations
or no shows less than 4 hours before your scheduled time.

For LATE ARRIVALS of more than 15 minutes without notice,
we will do our best to accommodate you; however,
if no technician is available, the $10 fee applies.

BUT if you RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS and 
BOOK WITHIN 14 DAYS from your missed appointment,
we appreciate your loyalty and will CREDIT your $10 fee 
to your next visit at checkout!
